Clinical Presentation:

56 year old man with primary sclerosing cholangitis and cirrhosis.

CT: Large hypervascular regenerative nodule in PSC

Imaging Findings:

A peripheral hypervascular pseudotumor in segment 4A has a centrally dilated bile duct, suggesting absence of neoplasm. The patient was transplanted and the explanted liver demonstrated several regenerative nodules but no neoplasm. The shown nodule happened to be hypervascular.
