Case 151:   Metastasis - Renal Cell Cancer

Clinical Presentation:

61 year old man with remote history of renal cell carcinoma.

CT: Multifocal, hypervascular.

Imaging Findings:

Biphasic CT shows confluent peripherally hypervascular and centrally necrotic metastases from renal cell carcinoma with washout on the portal venous phase. Metastases from renal cell cancer are typically hypervascular.
