Case 159:   Metastasis - Sarcoma

Clinical Presentation:

27 year old woman who presents with months of pelvic and abdominal pain.

CT: Ovarian sarcoma

Imaging Findings:

CT shows a solitary, peripherally enhancing metastasis with central necrosis in the right hepatic lobe from ovarian sarcoma. Note thick circular zone of enhancement within the mass. Central necrosis is typical for most large metastases.
