62 year old man with history of neuroendocrine tumor.

CT: Hypervascular metastasis with "sump" effect

Imaging Findings:

62 year old man with neuroendocrine tumor of the pancreas metastatic to the liver. CT demonstrates a centrally necrotic, but not overly hypervascular mass causing strong perilesional and wedge shaped THAD (so-called "sump" or "siphon" effect). Note delayed rim enhancement of metastasis.
