Case 259: Angiomyolipoma

Clinical Presentation:

36 year old woman with incidentally found liver lesions on ultrasound done to evaluate left upper quadrant pain. One of these lesions in the left lobe is shown on the images below.

CT: Small, in left lobe

Imaging Findings:

CT shows small fat containing angiomyolipoma on the left lobe. Note that vascularity of the mass is weak, but better demonstrated on CT than with MR.
