45 year old female with abnormal liver function tests

CT: Primary Biliary Cirrhosis (PBC)

Imaging Findings:

45 year old woman on the transplant list for PBC. Note the uniform mild atrophy of the entire liver with no lobar or segmental predominance, and numerous small regenerative nodules of similar size, typical for this type of cirrhosis. There is strong enhancement of the fibrous septae between the regenerative nodules on the 10 minutes delayed contrast phase.
