Clinical Presentation:

57 year old man with complex liver cyst.

CT: Atypical unilocular cyst with central calcification.

Imaging Findings:

57 year old man with uniloculated subcapsular cyst in segment 8. Note typical dominant amorphous central, and subtle peripheral calcifications. Note also distortion of the liver capsule caused by the mass. There are also some small satellite cysts in the same segment in close proximity to the dominant mass. All cysts have an enhancing wall.
