Case 53:   Metastasis - Esophageal Cancer

Clinical Presentation:

73 year old man with esophageal cancer.

CT: Partially necrotic poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma.

Imaging Findings:

CT shows large centrally necrotic metastasis in the right lobe with peripheral hypervascularity, which washes out on the delayed phase. Biopsy revealed poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma metastasis.
