Case 60:   Metastasis - Gallbladder Cancer

Clinical Presentation:

53 year old woman presents with abdominal pain.

CT: Solitary metastasis, and primary gallbladder carcinoma invading adjacent liver

Imaging Findings:

Multiphase CT reveals a metastasis from gallbladder carcinoma that is hypodense on all phases.

On the final image, the primary gallbladder carcinoma at the fundus invades the adjacent right hepatic lobe.
