Case list for Hepatoblastoma
There are 2 CT cases with this diagnosis.
Classic large hypervascular hepatoblastoma in segment 5/6 confirmed by resection. Note central scar, but no washout of contrast on the portal venous phase, shown at different levels. No equilibrium phase was obtained as this was a pediatric CT protocol. The portal and hepatic veins are displaced, but not invaded by the largely exophytic mass.
There is a heterogeneous enhancing, large mass occupying almost the entire right hepatic lobe. Multiple areas of low attenuation are noted within, likely related to necrosis. Scattered nodular calcific densities are present. The right hepatic vein and the posterior branch of the right portal vein are not well visualized, and possibly invaded vs. extremely narrowed by the mass.
