Case list for Peliosis Hepatis
There is 1 US case with this diagnosis.
Gray-scale ultrasound demonstrates multiple incidental well-defined small round and oval foci without color Doppler flow.
On contrast-enhanced ultrasound, lesions are uniformly hypervascular, and are not seen on portal venous or late phase.
Biopsy was performed on one of the lesions since subsequent CT was also not specific enough for benignity, revealing peliosis hepatis.
